To Whom It May Concern: We have a ranch home, with a crawl space. Since our home is located between two drainage ditches for neighborhood water runoff and given recent heavy rains in the region, we got a good amount of water in our crawlspace. It seems to be due to a high groundwater table. Nothing reached insulation, wood framing, or pipes, and there is no mold issue. This has to do with the slop of the crawlspace and our sump pump. We wondered if Basement Systems provides something along the line of an inspection of crawlspaces. We had someone look into it already and I myself have done some cleaning up (straightening tarps and such) - but an additional opinion would be useful. Basically, we wondered, is everything as it should be down there. We look forward to an estimate for such an inital inspection.
