Jeff is a single father who enjoys going to festivals, amusement parks and taking trips to Disney with his son Eddie.  He also enjoys attending sporting events, watching the Bengals, Reds, and Buckeyes.

WaterGuard has been installed under the floor at the foundation wall. This will intercept the water that seeps into the basement. It then drains the water into the sump pump system to be removed from the basement.
The TrenchDrain is a grated drain that will be connected to the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard will drain the water that is seeping into the sump pump system.
WaterGuard and Foamax have been installed in this basement. The Foamax gives the basement a semi-finished look but can also be covered if the homeowner decides to finish the basement.
The floor is being prepared to install the PowerBraces.
