What made you choose our company:

Originally I heard about you off of a CH 4 TV add. I first had Christian out and he did an outstanding job with my basement waterproofing. Explained everything in amazing detail with it being easy to understand. Jaime the installer did an incredible job. On time, clean up was awesome. That was my first experience 2 weeks ago. It is a nice touch that Aaron followed up shortly after to make sure that I was completely happy and satisfied with the services, which I was. Aaron also explained about the sump clean out service. Based on the great experience I had 2 weeks ago, I decided to do that. I was not disappointed. Josh Farnsworth and his partner were very punctual, polite and professional. They did a wonderful job on the basin clean out. There was absolutely zero mess left behind. They were very through and detailed in their explanation of what they recommended I should do with my sump (needs to be dropped 8 inches). They listed and explained all of the services that you offer. I walked away from the experience far more knowledgeable than when I started. I was extremely happy with the service and will absolutely use you again, and recommend you to friends. The only thing I would recommend to improve things is to have the Tech have a credit card reader, or an ability to enter a card on their tablet. Having to fill out the form by pen is not the most efficient way to do this. Or have a link on your website where the customer can log on while the Tech is there and pay that way. That is my only suggestion for improvement. Thanks, Mark
