  The BSV team were great! This includes the estimator, the office staff, and the work crew. BSV installed an interior perimeter drain in our basement. The job was completed as discussed, on time, and on budget. The work crew took time everyday to review the work and any challenges that arose. They also made exceptions where requested (i.e., divert around load bearing walls). They were polite, worked hard, and minimized the dust/mess a job like this creates. They did a good job cleaning up before leaving. It is still a dusty job and I would recommend covering any electronics and air vents prior to starting. You can also expect to wipe the walls down and mop the floors afterwards to remove any remaining dust which is no big deal. This job was not as disruptive as I was expecting. It is best to be out of the house while they are breaking the concrete though.

  We discovered a minor leak as a result of a crack in the foundation of our house. And they came in and thoroughly completed the job promptly. There was a little extra work that had not been anticipated, but they did not overcharge as a result. They were true to the quote. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing that kind of service.

  My window well ties were rotting and needed to be replaced. After calling about 15 companies, basement systems Vancouver was the only one who responded in a timely manner and was very professional in all aspects such as phone manner, coming out for estimate, etc. I watched the two gentlemen take out the old rotted wood and replace with new ties and they worked hard and with care to do a professional job! I would Recommend this company to anyone.

  My experience with Basement Systems has been very good. I needed some insulation in my basement and Fraser was very knowledgeable on how to go about doing the job most efficiently. I intend to use Basement Systems to do more work in the coming months. They communicate well, show up on time and do a good job.

  Kafee and Alex did an excellent job. Fast and thorough. Our crawlspace has never looked this clean, and there is absolutely no evidence that rodents got in and left a mess. They were polite with an excellent attitude, so very good reps for your company. Thanks and well done. Greg
