Since joining BSV, I’ve really enjoyed helping homeowners tackle water damage and structural issues. It’s such a great feeling to see their relief and appreciation after we’ve found a solution. I also love working alongside my coworkers to overcome challenges and make sure we’re always following safety guidelines. Every day, we focus on understanding our customers’ needs and finding the right solutions for them. Being a good listener and clear communicator is something I’m really proud of—it makes a big difference in building trust.
Outside of work, I’m all about spending time with my family, whether we’re sharing new experiences or just creating fun memories together. I also love cooking, firing up the grill, and relaxing with a good book when I get the chance.
