We had water coming into our basement suite during those recent heavy rainstorms. We had our perimeter drains inspected and blown out. They look fine. We want to know two things: 1) if there is water damage/mold in the wall or floor where the water came in that need repairing and 2) if there is a possibility of this happening again and how to avoid it.
