Overall I was satisfied however I believe the process from the initial sales call to final could have been more explicit. I think too much is left to the homeowner to decide on when the process in itself is highly technical.

I appreciated Lairds overall approach however the piering plan didn't take into consideration thegas meter, etc..

If there is a better crew foreman than Kris I would like to meet him. I was very impressed with his and his crew's diligence, informative approach and diligence.
The Cleanup Process
The crack repair process and clean-up could have been a little more thorough.
