  we have had a long relationship with your company and we have been completely satisfied with your products and services.The sump pumps and dehumidifier were already installed when we purchased the house many years ago and we have continued with you since then. All of your service people have been very good. Mr George Rodriguez was the very best, thoroughly knowledgeable, excellent communicator and professional.

  I had had no problems with the install from 2015 - nice dry basement! - but over time an issue did present itself: through the middle of the floor water was coming up through a crack after a period of heavy rain. George (Jorge) made a visit in Oct 2018 to check on things and service the sump pumps. He wrote down a plan and he and Dan returned today to fix the water issue. They did an amazing job: speedy, precise, courteous and neat. I am looking forward to a return to a nice dry basement office! Many thanks guys!!

  Jorge and Mike came for an annual inspection and work related to our Sani-Dry dehumidification system and pump. They were a terrific team of professionals communicating clearly with me and each other. Jorge was equipped with vast knowledge of the equipment and service procedures. He explained the advantage of the future installation of a pump back-up system and left print material. We would welcome these technicians back when we contact your company for future work.
