RICK RAUCCI : I WISH I COULD GIVE HIM A 10 INSTAD OF JUST A 5! Our entire basement was flooded: the basement room, the storage room, the wine cellar and the family room. All were soaked and ruined as mold quickly settled in. We had to have Serve-Pro come and eventually had to rip out everything, including the sump pump, the floors and the walls and ceilings down to the studs. It was a nightmare and a bad dream I never want repeated. When I first saw the water damage, I did my own research and CT Basements looked like the most reliable company. I called them and soon Rick Raucci was at my house and "saved the day." Rick was my HERO and I will always think of him in those terms. He calmed me down, was always there to answer my calls or texts or visit our house and provide advice as needed. Her also put us on an Emergency List so that we did not have to wait too long to begin our needed repair work which was a true blessing! He designed a plan tailored exactly to meet our needs to make sure such a disaster never happens again - and he did not try to "sell me" extra things I did not need, which I really appreciated. When the walls and floors had been repaired and I needed to choose a new basement floor, Rick showed me CT Basement's wonderful floor "tile" options and I choose that over a carpet. Rick and this wonderful company were the best and I recommend him unconditionally.
