Hopefully the installation of the Sani dry, sealing between house and foundation in unfinished part of basement will help with the mildew problem. Still have to determine if there is water in trench around basement foundation after wet weather. If present, this will have to be addressed and may be the source of mildew on the brite wall in furnace rm.
