Todd Shirey

Todd has been a valuable member of the Indoor Environmental Management team for six years. Todd graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is now one of IEM’s field engineers. He is a certified indoor environmental consultant, licensed mold assessor, and certified radon mitigation and measurement technician. Todd organizes storm water control evaluations, waterproofing evaluations, crawl space inspections and repairs, as well as basement repairs. Todd’s favorite thing about his job is solving complex occurrences that his clients and homeowners experience.
During his time at FSU, Todd worked in Strozier Library where he learned the importance of communicating effectively with clients as well as treating them with the respect that they deserve. To this day, Todd continues to approach each of his clients like family, while helping to evaluate and create a healthier home for all. When he is not working, Todd enjoys restoring/fixing cars, fishing, movies, and watching all forms of automobile racing.
