Our Overall Service
First, When we spoke with Dee on the phone, she was very kind and answered our questions well. The company sent John to our home to check for mold. He was very thorough, explained his findings with me, and suggested what we do to solve our issue. My husband and I have five children, and he answered their many questions and engaged with them as he worked. They followed him like a shadow and not once did he seem annoyed. The children commented on how nice he was after he left. Great experience!
