We had an inspection from a local individual two years ago when we started noticing water in the spring and that our floors started bowing and doors were difficult to shut. They just said our house was shifting and it was fine. 2 years later the middle of the house was 2.5 inches lower than the sides and the walls were starting to crumble and big cracks in the drywall. The water in the basement in the spring was like a river. We decided to go stop messing around with little companies and went with the best rated company who had a guarantee on their work!
