We fitted this basement in Stamping Ground, Kentucky with a brand new SuperSump.
A homeowner in Georgetown was noticing some moisture in the crawlspace. We installed CleanSpace Vent Covers and a SaniDry Sedona to keep the humidity low.
A Georgetown, Kentucky homeowner was having problems with water seeping in on the floor of the basement. They met with Damon, a Certified Inspectors, to find an answer to this problem. He recommended installing a WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. Also recommended is a TrenchDrain, and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to resolve this problem.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and the TrenchDrain will intercept the water that is seeping into the basement. It will then be drained into the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to be drained out of the basement.
The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System includes a high-end 13/ hp Zoeller pump. The WaterWatch Alarm, which will sound an alarm to alert the homeowner, if the water rises to the point that the pump should have turned on. It also has a SuperLiner, which is a heavy duty liner that will not crack or cave in and features a "pump ring" that centers the pump into the liner. The Airtight Lid keeps moisture from evaporating back into the basement, keeps things from falling into the SuperLiner and quiets the pump.
This customer needed some piers on the side of their home and while we were installing them, the customer also asked if we could change their discharge lines for their gutters. We gleefully agreed. Pictured is a lawn outlet that conceals and discharges effectively.
This basement bathroom in Winchester, Kentucky had a WaterGuard installed around the perimeter of their plumbing fixtures. This should prevent water overflow from the fixtures themselves, as well as protect them from damage in the event of a flood.
