I am totally satisfied with The Basement Doctor. They delivered what they proposed at a great price, and I have not experience such wonderful customer service in a very long time.
The company representative was very professional and answered all questions we had for him, making us feel we were in very capable hands.
Very courteous and ready to help. Each time I called though, there seemed to be just a bit of confusion about the job, but this is likely due to the need we had to reschedule because of getting other work crews in to remove ductwork.
Very professional, very knowledgeable and explained what we needed and what the fix would do for the foundation. We understood the plan and the intent very well, and was satisfied with the explanation of the job details.
Very professional, and extremely conscientious about keeping the work area (and the area from their truck to the work area) exceptionally clean.
Except for the drywall sections that had to be removed, you would not have known any major work detail had taken place. The level of detail to contain the "mess" to the work area was impressive. The entire floor was protected with coverings, and vacuumed the entire area. They left it cleaner than they found it!
What made you choose our company:
Initially it was the price. The Basement Doctor was a company recommended on Angie's List, and only one company we received a bid from. What they proposed to do was in line with the other companies, but we were impressed with the specific brand of materials to be used. When the bid came in better than most of the others, it was a no-brainer for us. We are extremely happy we went with The Basement Doctor.
