Here you can see numerous cracks on this block foundation wall which are being caused by movement. Along this wall is where we also installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors.

TripleSafe provides three levels of protection against water intrusion and will effectively pump water out of the basement!

This was a finished basement, but as you can see, much light was not getting through these small windows and that was one of the owners goals, was more natural lighting.

Due to the old window well not properly draining, water would seep its way into the basement and causing the floor to be wet.

In this sump is the old pump that will be removed and disposed of.

Here is the concern the customer had, prior to reaching out to Basement Systems USA. It can clearly be seen that water was seeping in through the foundation wall and with no where for it to go other than the floor, that is where it would sit until it would eventually evaporate or be cleaned up by the homeowner. When left unattended for too long, mold will start to grow and become a hazard to your health.
