  When Norbert K bought his house in Millsboro, DE, it already came with crawl space that was encapsulated by DryZone Llc., and was therefore covered under our Transferable Lifetime Warranty -- even though the previous homeowner had failed to keep up with the annual maintenance schedule. Encouraged by the home inspector and by the brochures that accompanied the Warranty, Norbert concluded that it was a good idea to not only keep the current system installed, but get it back on track with a maintenance schedule. Sp he gave DryZone Llc. a call and one of the owners, Heather Anderson, personally answered to the questions he had about the system and the products. During that conversation he decided to add a battery-operated backup sump pump to his system for an extra layer of protection. He was quite impressed with the service person who came to his house as well. "Very intelligent because he answered to all the questions I had To me this is brand new! I had a lot of questions for him and he was very courteous and answered to them." Norbert is very happy with his encapsulated crawl space, and so are his grandchildren: "It just stays nice and clean. As a matter of fact my grandchildren even say that it is like a house under our house. They would like to put sleeping bags under there." -- he says.   The install was very smooth I remember it was snowing, we started this process in March. The guys took a great amount of care to make sure they didn't trash the house. They kept everything neat and clean jackhammering concrete is a little bit loud but it didn't take very long. From seeing the bright white basement you had no evidence workers were there. Hurricane Irene was perfect for us, we were able to spend most of our time helping out others because our basement was nice and clean and dry. The only time I got soggy was helping out friends who hadn't had basement work done yet.

  Stonewater Creek, in Millsboro, De, had a party for their community planned to celebrate Memorial Day, but they found a problem surrounding the community pool. Underneath the concrete, they found that the soil under it had started to settle, creating a void, with nothing supporting the concrete. After doing research they learned that removing and replacing the concrete would be a very timely and costly job, pushing back their celebration WEEKS.   Jordan and Donny were great to work with. I had a sump pump replaced and floor drain installed along with a fabric to protect from water intrusion through a small crack in the foundation. Jordan called me with an ETA, which was very helpful for planning, and they arrived right on time. They put down covers on my stairs and flooring to protect my home and cleaned up after themselves. Jordan explained every step of the process and further explained how to re-install the insulation once the concrete was dry. The work was completed in a little over 2 hours and the pump is working well. Jordan also explained the warranty on the work. I would recommend this company and this crew.

  From start to finish, I received stellar customer service from everyone I encountered when inquiring information about my crawl space...from every person who answered the telephones and my accompanying questions, to the person assessing the situation to the actual team completing the job. This company employs PROFESSIONALS!!!!Thankfully, they were able to schedule an appointment quickly. After assessing the situation, he recommended encapsulation of the crawl space, providing multiple views via supporting photographs to further explain their services and the process.I then contacted her, who performed a miracle and scheduled the encapsulation quickly in less than 2 weeks, April 8, 2022 to be exact.Throughout the process, they kept me informed via telephone calls, emails, and text messages. Due to their sustained excellence and quality customer service, I was fully prepared and had no doubt the tasks would be completed efficiently.The foreman, called me April 8 to provide his estimated time of arrival. I met him at my house along with them around 9:15 a.m. All three men were pleasant and I felt comfortable with the information and explanations they provided.I left my house while they performed the tasks at hand. Since the house is vacant and the chemicals, etc. they were using can be harsh, I left them to their own devices. He telephoned me around 1:40 p.m. to say they were finished, cleaning up, which was much sooner than their earlier estimated completion time of 6 p.m.When I returned, he provided explanations of the work provided as well as photos of their work and a tour of the exterior work completed.
