Leaking Basement Windows
The natural airflow in a house is from bottom to top. This sucks the moist air, and everything in it, up into the living areas of the home. Excess moisture in a crawlspace can be destructive and can lead to wood rot, mold growth and poor indoor air quality.
There original window to the house was no longer keeping water out and started to soak into the insulation.

Behind where we pulled back the insulation lays the wall crack from ceiling to the base of the floor
Here was the new homeowners current crawlspace, there was a vapor barrier in play over the floor of the crawlspace, but that does not stop moisture from coming in through the block foundation walls.
Here is our installation of our TrenchDrain system which is a one-way floor drain allowing water to drain into the our pump system
