Nate Mitsch

Nate joined the DBS family in 2023 as a Foreman in our Concrete Repair services. He has worked multiple labor-intensive jobs over his time as a worker including landscaping and being a delivery driver. He also grew up learning trade skills including woodworking, plumbing, electrical, auto mechanics, and more with his father and brother. A unique trait that he brings to DBS is that he is a big people person! He loves meeting new people and knows how to hold a conversation. Nate also enjoys learning and is always willing and ready to learn about things he doesn't know. What excites him most about working for DBS is that he is helping create a safe living space for customers. With Minnesota's harsh climates, it can create unsafe living, and being the person to provide healthy, safe, and comfortable living is what excites him the most.
In Nate's free time, he enjoys music and is an aspiring musician and music journalist. He also enjoys being outdoors, especially if he is fishing, hiking, or enjoying his time at the beach. If he's not indulging in his music or being outside, you can find him working on his classic 89' truck. If he were to have dinner with any historical figure, he would dine with Johnny Cash because his late grandpa and him shared a love for country music and Nate would love to have dinner with the 2 of them.
