Laura has been with MidSouth since 2020 and now serves as our Director of People. She is passionate about building a workplace where every team member feels heard, valued, and like they truly belong. As a culture driver, Laura is dedicated to strengthening our team from the inside out—because she believes our people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
Her favorite part of working at MidSouth is, without a doubt, the people. She loves watching team members grow, win, and step into their potential while continuing to help homeowners get their homes in great shape.
Laura strives to lead with empathy, integrity, and consistency, making sure every interaction leaves others feeling understood and important. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting, and thrifting. Most days, though, she and her husband, Colby, are busy chasing their toddler, Ezra, around the house.
