I want you to know how much I appreciate Alex's efforts throughout the cleaning and restoration in our office. I have asthma, so black mold poses a huge problem for me.  Alex gladly answered my questions regarding progress with the remediation and promptly returned what probably seemed like endless phone calls.Additionally, Alex made sure that I wasn't anywhere in the building during one particularly critical period and inspected my personal office to insure that I could safely return. Alex went out of his way to help me through a very difficult and scary time; words are an inadequate measure of my gratefulness to him.  Thank you.

Unfortunately, our house was hit by Murphy's law this month resulting in a pipe break within an interior wall and the resulting water damage throughout the lower level of our home.Fortunately, we called your company to save the day! We received courteous and professional assistance from the moment we made that first call until the last item was repaired and cleaned.  The team that arrived on Saturday was quick to respond and immediately began resolving the water situation - they even knew how to deal with a hysterical woman very effectively.  By providing cell phone numbers, we knew we had a direct line for assistance for the remainder of the weekend which was very reassuring. The tram that assumed responsibility for the project included Lisa Dickson and Trevor Ware.  Both were amazing to work with - responsive, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the process.Finally, Matt Durbin was the individual who was responsible for the repairs and restoration.  Matt was absolutely amazing!  We have experienced many construction projects starting with the actual building of our home and we have never worked with an individual who was as meticulous and contentious as Matt.  The work he completed was of the highest quality and the care he took to protect our home was so appreciated.  We would personally request Matt in the future if I required any additional work to be performed.Thank you to all who made our negative into a positive.  We will definitely call you if the need ever arises again.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of the employees. They were respectful of our home and the fact that we had a baby. They were as quiet as they could be and were discreet when entering and exiting the home. It was a stress free process after all and Dayspring took care of everything - no hassle at all.  Communication was consistent and the work was done so quickly.  I can't tell we had any damages to our home.  It really was a pleasure having Dayspring work with us - we feel lucky!

We are writing this letter to thank Clark Caire, who did the majority of the construction work on our home after we had a pipe break in our basement.Clark's workmanship was excellent, from sheet rocking to the finished, painted product. But beyond his workmanship, it was the little things he did every day that impressed us even more. It didn't matter what part of the remodel he was working on, when his day was finished, his work area was cleaned as if no one had been there. He was very considerate and conscientious in his work, which goes miles in putting a "stressed out" homeowner at ease!To Clark and the rest of the Dayspring employees who helped at our home - a big thank you for a job well done!

Thanks for being the great company you are. In April, we had a big water damage problem and because of your TV ads, I immediately called your office. I received prompt action by your professional staff to prevent further damage and Lisa came to explain what needed to be done.  She was great and her assurance was very comforting.Your crew appeared quickly and removed all the damaged wall, ceiling and floor.  I was amazed that they were so clean and careful.  When they left each day, there was no mess to clean up.  The work progressed as promised and they completed the job professionally and on time.  You cannot see where their work ended and the undamaged area began.  You can be proud of your workers.  Lisa worked with our insurance company and we had no problems with coverage or payments.Congratulations on being a professional outstanding company and a credit to our great City of Missoula.  It has been a pleasure to have done business with you and we certainly will recommend Dayspring to our friends and associates.

A few words about the great job that Dayspring did for us during our time of need.Feeling most comfortable with your company professionally, as well as personally, we selected you guys to help us through what was the most difficult work situation I imagined I'd ever face. Losing 1/3 of our building and 1/2 of our production facility to a fire, you guys were responsive, reliable, eager to serve, professional and courteous.  I was quickly able to focus on other needs of the company (employees, customer's needs, sales, and production) and able to comfortably know that the lost building, equipment, inventory, and the like were left in capable hands to clean, organize, replace, or what have you...and you were able to make decisions with or without me giving the freedom to move forward.  We were able to successfully go through this with the largest percentage growth this company had ever seen.  This truly would not have happened without your help and I thank you.  It wasn't too long after 4/22/05 that I found myself saying "fire?...what fire..?"Thank you.

We want to tell you how absolutely great a job Clark has done with our house.  After the fire I was pretty discouraged and didn't think much could be done to improve things!  But Clark has made it a new house by his meticulous attention to the work he's done.  You are fortunate to have such a good employee who takes pride in his work and is eager to provide good customer service.  He has worked carefully to take excellent care of all our household things like art and furniture and he is very pleasant as a person to work with.For my part, I hire (and fire) people for a large organization in Missoula including the Western Montana Clinic and have many frustrations with today's workers and their lack of work ethic.  You should continue to reward and recognize employees like Clark.  They are hard to come by and sometimes harder to retain.  We thank you for having him assigned to our clean up and painting.  The house is a pleasure to come home too, not only because of the excellent work he has done restoring things, but because he has returned all the many items he had to move back to their right place.  Thank you very much and thank you, Clark.When we started this clean up project every recommendation we received was for Dayspring.  If all your employees are like Clark, you deserve the reputation you seem to have earned in Missoula.  Congratulation and please share these kudos with your outstanding employee, Clark.I would second everything my wife said above.  I've actually been in the house more while Clark was working and have been really struck by his care, politeness, and attention to detail.  I have to add that everyone I've dealt with from Dayspring has been an absolute pleasure to work with and the work done has been excellent.
