Comment: I have some minor leakage coming from a crack under my egress window. I fixed another large crack from the outside last year and noticed in the process that the builders didn't put any tar, paint or any other type of sealer on the outside of my foundation walls. It's just bare concrete. I'm in the process of finishing my basement now (the framing is just about done) and the minor leakage mentioned above just started last night. I'm hesitant to continue the basement finish until I feel that issue is resolved. Thanks! -Jeff
