Comment: I live in an area with a high water table so my sump pump has to work pretty hard and we have been having problems with it keeping up. Our basement has flooded a couple times. The basement is unfinished but some day we would like to finish it and have it as usable space. There is no way we will do that until we have a reliable way of insuring we won't have any more floodking

Comment: I have 3 sump pumps and still have water seeping into my basement, I've been told my house was built on a swamp. I built my son a bedroom and after putting up walls and sheetrock the water soaked the bottom of the sheetrock. I'm sure there is mold behind the wall as the studs are wet when you stick your finger in there.
