Meet Thomas! He has a tremendous understanding of the industry and has completed extensive training through the Basement Systems network. Thomas worked in sales prior to joining our Q1 team and now uses his customer service experience to provide the best experience to his customers. Starting out in our Service Department, he met with all our existing customers to maintenance existing systems to ensure they are working properly to protect the home. He now supports are existing customers and new customers by making their basement finishing designs come to life!
Thomas's number one priority is to deliver excellent customer service and to make sure the homeowner is 100% satisfied with their service!
