Prior to working with us, Kayti previously worked as a retail training specialist. 

Kayti is the first person you speak to when contacting Quality 1st! Her goal is to start your experience off right and get you to the correct person to address your needs quickly and efficiently.

In her spare time, Kayti loves going to the beach, baking, and spending time with her pets and family!
