Quality 1st changed a nightmare into a dream for me and my family! My 136 year-old home developed a breach during a storm turning my basement into a swimming pool. Quality 1st responded quickly sending John Maas to address where the water was coming from and how to remedy it. John Maas thoroughly investigated my home and gave a comprehensive and detailed explanation on what was happening and what we should do. I chose Quality 1st because of John Maas, his professionalism and comprehensive resolution. To my surprise, my experience with John and Quality 1st just kept getting better when they sent their crew out. Anthony Santiago, their crew leader, brought a crew of two, Abu and Jose…they couldn’t have worked any better together. Anthony Santiago is another gem of an employee. His leadership with staff and the respect they all shared for one another was obvious. There were some unexpected things that were resolved and explained as we went. I can’t say enough of how impressed I am of the workmanship of Anthony Santiago, Abu and Jose. They dealt with a precarious situation professionally, never complained and didn’t leave mess. If you want the best call Quality 1st!!!
