Sales Process
I specifically asked if there was any chance the cost would be higher than the quote and was told no during the sales visit. During the installation an issue came up that resulted in an additional $1600 of cost. I gave a 4 because I am disappointed by this, but still think the sales person did a good job otherwise. No one likes surprise costs.

Value. Meaning the cost and benefit were in line with what I was looking for. It is not simply price, but what you get for the price. Again, disappointed by the last minute cost increase. Also felt bad for Victor and team who stayed until almost 9pm as a result.
