My tech was Collin Peare. He was the epitome of both excellent mechanical skill and friendly, personable service. You don't usually get both in the same technician, so having Collin was a treat. He was thorough in both his maintenance work and explaining what he was doing. I felt he understood our system perfectly and took the time to make sure it's operating at peak performance. This was an expensive system for us to install, so we're very motivated to take care of it. Collin matched our commitment and enthusiasm with his professionalism. That's very important to us, and we really do appreciate it.
