One year ago we had a drainage system installed by Quality First. The work was very well done however the system never worked right because the trench wasn’t dug all the way to the wall because our water heater was in the way. We replaced our water heater a couple of weeks ago and called in Quality First to extend the drain. The technician came today and is completing the job at no charge on Tuesday of next week. This what I call customer service! Do not hesitate to use these guys. They are an excellent company that stands by their work!
