What made you choose our company:

I had been told when I spoke on the phone with Brian that the dehumidifier I had with a washer hose could be hooked up so the dehumidifer could empty into the pump area as I did before your system was installed. I left a note with the hose and dehumidifier there so it could be diverted to your sealed pump system. Nothing was done with this nor did I get a call to explain why. I have a severe disability and have been deemed handicapped since 2005, my husband passed last month. With this system that we installed we were told that our dehumidifier could be made to empty into your sump sealed system by removed the plug but they did not do that.
