LUCIA is a production team rockstar and I am impressed and so thankful she handled all my calls (....!) with empathy, grace, and humor!

Tim was good, nice guy but I would have expected a follow-up call or email checking in on progress and making sure things were running smoothly and we were satisfied with the work.

Shout out to MARCIOOOOO!!!! For repositioning the drainline away from the house and improving it as well, LUIS for fixing and properly securing broken tubing from SaniDri Sedona into drain, and Luis also fixed some nails sticking out of new joists, as well as thoroughly explained the new sump pump system. SERGIO and JAVIER came out and fixed some accidentally busted ductwork during the insulation process. They all went above and beyond to ensure things were fixed and made right, I am so impressed with all these talented, hardworking guys. If I am missing more I am sorry! I know Josh was there for the first day of joist repair, and the insulation crew had a few other guys as well!

Not too shabby at all! First time ever having work done by a crew, so I am not experienced with the level of clean that should be left behind, but overall it seemed pretty good to me! Thank you to the crew!
