  I was interviewing companies for 6 months. I had low prices and very high prices. My gut told me that the low price wouldn't do the job, the higher price was off the wall. NO ONE explained everything to me the way yours did! It all made sense... I deduced from months of reading that you made the most sense. I am grateful that the sales person was so confident, didn't try to over sell. My gut told me he was more than experienced. I looked them up on BBB, but from experience and owning my own business, I know that NOT every company is perfect, it's how they try to resolve things is the key. They had reached out to all BBB complaints (only two) with reason. You can't make everyone happy but they did make me and my husband happy. I recently had HVAC people in my home and they noticed the change in my basement...completely dry....and vented exactly the way professionals would. I am so happy I chose your company. I hope you guys grow in leaps and bounds, you are all great. Thank you.
