She is a member of our Customer Service Department. Michelle has built her customer experience with quality 1st by starting out as a Customer Service Representative. For the past three years she as been supporting our Customer Care Team and our Customers to ensure we are delivery exceptional customer service. Michelle has over 8 years in the Customer Service and hospitality industry.
Michelle also has an Associate's Degree in Hotel Management!
