Suggestions for Improvement:

I was told the work would be completed some time in June. I called the office several times in April to try to confirm dates. I was informed the work would be starting 10 days prior and only because I contacted the agency. No one from the office ever initiated a call to me to alert me to when work would be starting. This was a huge complication as there was a room that needed demolishing in my basement. When I was told I had until June and then informed that the work would be completed May 19 it was a significant inconvenience.
