First day they left without cleaning up and left windows and lights on. Second day they were in a hurry to get to next job. Overheard one say to the one in charge he only had one more outlet. I told the one in charge to remind him about the other 3 in next room. I saw eye rolling. Later another comment about only supposed to be another hour. In which it took almost 6 hrs. I knew when they left first day and told me they only had an hour left to finish up for the next day, was impossible! Plumbing wasn't started, cementing wasn't finished, outlets, reconnecting of sink, finishing up battery set up for pump and cleanup. Was told the last outlet he wouldn't do because he couldn't guarantee a few others would work if he did that last outlet..(will explain in more detail to Rep on September 8th). I am pretty sure he could of done what I wanted but was in hurry to get to another job sight. (That's the reason for a follow up I wanted.) Left without me knowing. I wasn't too happy about that. Cement could've been smoother. Patch spots didn't really look like they took pride in their job and making customer happy.

The Cleanup Process

During last day cleanup, I asked who was going to reconnect sink? I shouldn't have to babysit a crew for the amount of money that was put up for this job. The head man of that crew was only there 10 minutes on the second day.

Didn't look at competition. I looked for quality, references and how long The company has been in business. Plenty have said you're a good company.
