Sales was inexperienced taking twice as long-7 hours to prepare estimate. When crew arrived, everything had to be re-done because initial problem solving was inaccurate; instead of piers, floor supports were actually needed to prevent cracks in wall upstairs. In addition, the evaluation of repair to a concrete wall outside was also deficient. The wall needed a totally different repair, which could not be done by WB. I called for that repair in July, and the basement work happened in November. then the season got too cold and no other provider could fix it at all. So for what I initially called for, was not fixed at all. The salesperson was very nice, though.

Zack Alexander came and first checked everything to determine I needed floor support not foundation piers. He and his crew(Dylan Eaton, Zach Hollenback, and Austin Falso did a great job! Efficient, friendly, worked in the pouring rain carrying broken concrete pieces up an incline, all day and they were soaked to the skin but we're uncomplaining. Zack Alexander's expertise put me at ease.
