Vondell

Von is a second generation foundation performance contractor. Since he was 10 years old, Von has been involved in the Construction and Home Repair industry. He quickly learned construction skills from his father who served as the President and Founder of Regional.

Throughout his career, Von has assisted more than 1,700 customers with value-driven solutions for both residential and commercial crawl space, basement, foundation, and concrete issues. Von takes personal responsibility in educating and empowering customers during each and every home project and instills the same values in his team members at Regional. 

Company culture and employee engagement is Von’s top priority. More importantly, he loves establishing a work environment with employees who feel valued and seen. 

He also enjoys the overall customer satisfaction that the company receives once jobs are completed. He is readily willing to serve you and your home!

In his spare time, he likes to socialize, watch sports, and travel the world with his wife.
