Severe cracking in the basement block walls
The installation process includes extracting a portion of the floor along the perimeter and establishing a drainage trench. WaterGuard segments are subsequently positioned within the trench, supported by a layer of drainage stone, before the floor is reinstated.
A vapor barrier slows or prevents ground water seepage from evaporating into the crawl space air. This plastic sheet however, isn't really doing anything for the space.
