What made you choose our company:

I’m a nervous nelly, so learning that my foundation needed repair (are you kidding me!!) almost sent me over the edge. I understood how important it was to choose a company that was not only an expert in fixing foundations properly, but that also offered a solid warranty and top-notch customer service. I found all of those and more with Mid-State. After dealing with a few companies that would either not respond to my questions or couldn’t be definitive in how they’d approach the problem (but were also quick to send me estimates much higher than Mid-State’s I might add), I found Mid-State and Jiovanni. From the start, it was quite apparent that he was a seasoned expert. But more than that, he seemed to put customer satisfaction first. He immediately added me to his cell phone and, per my request, provided real-life, old-fashioned references that I could talk with (something no one else could do). My yard presented some complications with fencing and bushes, which he addressed and even offered two options based on my environmental constraints. Jiovanni was beyond patient and always willing to answer my unyielding questions, uncertainty and concerns. Although he factored in moving fencing and a neighbor’s bush, the crew determined it didn’t need to do it and Jiovanni immediately issued a refund. The staff (Brandy, for one) that handled the permit and scheduling was super responsive too. A failing foundation is never pleasant but Mid-State made going through a terrible situation manageable and gave me more peace of mind than I ever expected. Everyone involved seemed to understand my uneasiness and never made me feel silly for being so. They were reassuring throughout the process (several months from the time of the quote, permits and actual installation), but more importantly, it was more than word service—they came through in a big way, and it was a job well done on every level!
