Water in the basement was causing problems for this homeowner. Their sump pump had failed and they were looking for a better replacement. We were able to replace their sump with a SuperSump Sump Pump System. This system contains a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron sump, air tight lid, and a WaterWatch Alarm System. We also added an IceGuard onto the exterior discharge line. IceGuard allows water to escape the sump in the event that the normal discharge line is frozen. For added measure, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This powerhouse of a dehumidifier can remove up to 100 pints of water from the air each day. It also filters the air to prevent mold growth. This basement is now dry and the homeowner is so happy about that!
