When it comes to keeping the basement dry, a sump pump is the first line of defense. However, not all pumps are built the same and a sump pump failure can be disastrous. We know you need a sump pump you can rely on. That’s why Basement Systems’ sump pump systems are built with high-quality, cast-iron Zoeller pumps.
While sump pumps can take care of the water in your basement, the water itself isn’t the only problem. Moisture is another major problem in basements. High humidity levels lead to a wide range of problems, including mold, discomfort, and worsened allergies and asthma. Basement Systems offers a high-performance solution that can make your whole home drier and healthier.

Comment: My sump runs consistently every 2 1/2 minutes - even at times of dryer weather. There is a pond behind our home and water discharges into the pond. I cut back the PVC pipe so the drain isn't too low into the pond. Neighbors sump pumps run into the street opposite my home. Sump pump area has been dry last 16 mths I have been here but some concerns in past due to falty valve. I don't know if Check Valve is bad or water table issue - or water is somehow recycling same water. I can see H2O going into pond after it runs. I am worried pump will overheat or burn up if this continues . Pump is approx 22 mths old. Looking for some professional insight. Thank you. Chad Lee
