Notice the water stains on the concrete wall. That was the point of entry for the water that flooded the basement.
This was the crawl space before CBS installed its full solution. Foreman Dustin Biggs and his crew started with our ThermalDry® R-20 insulation system that would help keep the space warm and give the rest of the home warmth. (see next picture)
