Analyzed, measured and explained everything to me on what would be the best solution for my basement problem. :) Gord and his crew (Andrew and Baron) were polite, courteous and professional. Protected my floors and walls. His team was clean, efficient, knowledgeable; ensuring I knew the system and the backup battery system operation. Gord's crew works like a well oiled machine. So pleased with them. When jackhammering, the debris was removed as they worked making the littlest amount of dust. They cleaned up and you would never have known they were here.   From the time I made my initial call to OMNI BASEBEMENTS to enquire about the leak I had in my basement. The secretary who returned my voice mail was very pleasant and returned my call promptly. An Appointment was set up for OMNI basements to come and inspect my basement. A package was sent to my home with all the information about this company and a detailed book of all their products. At first I thought this was over the top, such a nice booklet about all their products, but this did give an opportunity to read and be knowledgeable about their products. Lou then came to my home and inspected my basement. From there we sat and discussed my options. Lou was very informative and knew the products very well. I agreed to have the work done feeling very satisfied I was making the correct decisions. Lou did not try to sell me more than what was required. Truly professional. When the work crew came out to my home, I can’t tell you enough how impressed I was. From the moment the trucks arrived, I was greeted by the supervisor, who introduced himself and his work crew. Right from the get-go, great care was taken providing mats to cover my existing flooring. The crew started immediately and worked like a well-oiled machine. Each member of the team worked very hard, other than the jackhammer, the noise was to a minimum. They respected that this was my home and every measure they took was that of utmost care. The end result was perfection. Not one thing was done half-heartedly. Even the garden where the pipe was coming out of the house was done so with such care. The supervisor felt it best to bury the pipe keeping the garden undisturbed. He even went the extra mile to tuck in a bit of cement where one of the stones was taken away, so esthetically you would never know. I cannot thank OMNI basements for doing such a wonderful job. I wish I could express to others that if you are considering work to be done in your home, this company has good old fashioned values, they take pride in their workmanship, very polite, professional work crew from start to finish. Clean up was such a pleasant surprise. They even pulled up the truck on my driveway, came back out, swept a few remaining stones that fell on my driveway. Again, the work ethics of this company is top rate!

  My husband and I are fairly new homeowners, and we are so fortunate to find Omni Basement Systems to help us with our basement waterproofing project. From the start, they were already ahead of all the companies we contacted with their information packet. Alessio helped us with estimates and working with what options we have and gave us a very reasonable price. He helped us throughout the process even after finalizing our quote. Then Jocelyn, their point-of-contact, helped us with our permit and scheduling, and was absolutely amazing! We had to move up our project multiple times due to different issues (from city permit issues due to covid scheduling, to plumbing problems, etc), but Jocelyn always ready to get everything as seamless as possible! We were so impressed how much work she put in so we can have our basement done before the new year! Lastly, for the work itself, Eric, our foreman (calling him Eric Foreman now lol), and his crew also did a great job. And we were soo thankful to see they even concreted the parts of our basement where the plumbers dug up, even when it wasn't part of the initial agreement. They deserve more than 5 stars!! And we will absolutely call them again for any of their services we need in the future!

  Very knowledgeable and efficient. Just the way I like it, no surprises. This was the second time I've used Omni's service. Both jobs were done to specs, on time, cleanup was thorough and I got exactly what Pete promised me I'd be getting. The site foreman kept me informed of their progress and all issues I needed to be aware of at the end of each day. The 3 downspout extensions and sump pump discharge work was started and completed in four hours during a steady heavy downpour. I figured they'd stop working but they didn't. They kept working during the rain until the work was done. They were soaked to the core. What more could a customer ask for? Great experience from a great crew. What I did find was this crew enjoys working for Pete. That tells me what Omni is all about. I wouldn't think twice about hiring Omni again.
