Sales Process
Tom gave an excellent, precise explanation of how our basement was to be sealed.
Our Installation Crew
Dustin (and Tom, who assisted) did a quick and neat repair to the crack in the basement wall. Of course, we have had NO rain since since then, so we can't speak to the efficacy of the work, but it certainly looks like it could stand up to water seepage.
