Ben Wallis scoped out the job with me present for the walk around the foundation walls. Ben noted that there were lots of minor cracks that we could fill, but they were not wet and did not need to be dealt with. The installation crew then sent me a follow-up recommending that we do substantial further work on these additional areas. I called Ben, and he verified that they did not need to be done. I was not impressed by this behavior.
