Kayla started working to Johns Waterproofing in the marketing department and specialized as home show staff. With her outgoing personality and years of customer service she was a great fit to be the face of the company and actively engaging with clients. For a few years, Kayla worked primarily in our marketing department and would assist in our warehouse and call center as needed. With her efficiency and organizational abilities we realized our appointment center would greatly benefit with her fully immersed in the front office. Kayla moved to handle scheduling for our inspectors. Her attention to detail and thoroughness than led her to our accounting department, where her sweet disposition and many abilities make her a customer favorite to work with.

Kayla did a great job working around my schedule and finding a perfect time for me. The estimate process was spot on and the follow through service was excellent. Cory and David did a great job explaining what they would work on first, and then reviewed how much time it would take. They then proceeded to do an excellent job with the entire plumbing repair. They were super thorough, and they were very skilled and knowledgeable. Plus they were very upfront and easy to work with.

Ramon Morales and the crew were outstanding! Ramon, Jose and Efrain were top notch and provided the highest level of customer service! I was beyond impressed with their professionalism, down-to-earth explanations of project and overall friendliness. They were respectful of my property and provided a detailed walk of what was completed. I couldn't have asked for a better crew for this project!
