Kayla Cree

Kayla started working to Johns Waterproofing in the marketing department and specialized as home show staff. With her outgoing personality and years of customer service she was a great fit to be the face of the company and actively engaging with clients. For a few years, Kayla worked primarily in our marketing department and would assist in our warehouse and call center as needed. With her efficiency and organizational abilities we realized our appointment center would greatly benefit with her fully immersed in the front office. Kayla moved to handle scheduling for our inspectors. Her attention to detail and thoroughness than led her to our accounting department, where her sweet disposition and many abilities make her a customer favorite to work with.
