Michael Hitch joined John's Waterproofing as a service technician. His hard work and desire to learn more have made him a great addition to the team. He enjoys the friendly work environment and his coworkers that have become friends over the years. His hard work has helped him earn our Service Technician of the year award after only being here for two years. He than moved to being one of our Radon Measurement Professional. This entailed extensive Radon training in both radon testing and mitigation. Within this position he exemplified an amazing ability to establish interpersonal relationships with the customers he would work with. Because of his friendly nature, he has now advanced to become a part of our real estate response team. In this position he works hand in hand with realtors, inspectors, and individuals in the realty industry to ensure that when a home is sold it is cared for and ready for the new homeowner. He is proud to bring healthy homes across the PNW.
Customers say that Michael is personable, outgoing, and easy to work with. He will tell you he loves his job and that its very rewarding to create healthy living environments for our customers and their families. Outside of work he loves spending time with his friends and family. Some of his interests include traveling, cooking, and spending time at the lake.
