  We had sump pumps installed in our new home 4 yrs. ago. System works great ! We recently had their plumbers hook up a new walk-in bathtub. Those guys are great ! If you need a plumber, do yourself a favor and call John’s !

  We were extremely pleased, from beginning to end, with our experience with John's Waterproofing. Our sales rep was thorough in exploring the crawl space and in explaining the problems and solutions. He was a terrific first contact. The crew was outstanding. Hardworking, thorough, and willing to answer questions as they worked. Thank you so much and let's hope this solves our drainage problems. Oh, a service specialist dropped by soon after a phone call to address what turned out not to be a problem, but did a quick inspection and reassured us that everything is in working order. We reported a cut phone line and no resistance was offered to Century Link's belief that the bill for re-burying the line should go to John's. We will certainly take advantage of the annual service provided by John's. Thanks again!
