Emelia, Emmy, joined the team at John's with over two years of experience in corporate recruiting and marketing. She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business. She has a passion for connecting people with opportunities and building strong relationships. Her career background includes full-cycle recruiting, internship program development, social media recruiting, networking, and coordinating career fairs and events. She enjoys getting to create a positive company culture through both team-building activates and events. Some of her favorite parts of this role is to meet new people, traveling and getting to represent a company she truly believes in. She loves how John's puts its employees first, creating a supportive, family-like environment where employees have the resources they need to succeed. 

Outside of work, Emmy enjoys spending time with her big family, going to the gym, and being around her friends.
