Kyle Sims

Kyle brings a strong background in customer service and logistics, including years of experience as an Amazon delivery driver, into his role as a Service Technician at John's Waterproofing. Having mastered basement and crawl space science, he visits multiple homes daily to maintain waterproofing systems and protect properties from water damage. Dedicated to delivering exceptional, client-focused experiences, Kyle's favorite part of the job is connecting with homeowners. He takes pride in building genuine relationships, collaborating closely with his team, and always doing what is best for each home.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time outdoors camping and taking drives in his Corvette. He loves spending quality time with his dog, Remi, his cat, Minnie, and his friends and family—especially his nieces and nephews.
